Postage

Kinfolk & Co. Manufacturing PTY LTD ships via Australia Post with tracking. A standard postage and handling fee will be applied to the total purchase cost after shipping details have been added in the check out cart. Purchases will ship within 2 weeks from the purchase date.

Returns & Cancellations

Kinfolk & Co. Manufacturing PTY LTD does not accept return of goods for change of mind. Once an order has been received, customers have 7 days to report any damages for a refund or replacement of the faulty goods. Kinfolk & Co. Manufacturing PTY LTD does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods during transit. For lost or stolen goods during postage please notify us within 7 days so we can lodge a claim with Australia Post.
